Orders received before 2:00PM EST (Mon - Fri) are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00PM EST (Mon -Fri) will be shipped the next business day (we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays). During holiday weeks, please allow extra time. When calculating transit time, remember you cannot count the day shipped.

IMPORTANT:

We will not offer reimbursement for delayed shipments due to weather, train derailments, incorrect or insufficient delivery addresses, or any other delivery delays outside of our control.
Transit time does not include the day the product is shipped nor weekend days.
Packages sent regular delivery to residential addresses will normally be left at the residence if no one is home. Please let us know in the delivery notes section if you need us to obtain a signature. It will cost an additional $2.50 This does NOT apply to packages sent 3-day, 2-day, Next Day or any packages sent any method to a business. If packages sent to a residence happens to come up missing, we will initiate a claim on your behalf with Fed Ex, but cannot reimburse unless Fed Ex rules that they were at fault.
If you are shipping to an apartment complex, Fed Ex drivers have the option of leaving your gift at the door unless you specify to us that you need a signature on the package. This service costs an additional $2.50. We would strongly suggest that you ask for this option.

HAWAII AND ALASKA

We only use Fed Ex Air and will add an additional $12 to your 2-Day or Next Day shipping charge which will not be reflected at the time you place your order. Please allow one additional day for transit time to these two states.

DISCOUNT DELIVERY CHARGES FOR TOLEDO, OHIO AREA

We offer a "next day" delivery service with Fed Ex (Mondays through Saturdays) for all residential deliveries in the greater Toledo area. This includes: Bowling Green, Holland, Maumee, Monclova, Northwood, Oregon, Perrysburg, Rossford, Swanton, Sylvania, Toledo, Waterville, Walbridge and Whitehouse. The delivery charge is just $5. (Saturday delivery is not available for commercial deliveries.)
