Established in 1998, CookiePots adds all the
"right touches" to make your gifts truly unique.
Our
central location makes it perfect for easy "regular next day"
ground deliveries to cities such as: Chicago, Indianapolis, Ann Arbor,
Detroit, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Buffalo, Fort Wayne, Pittsburgh and Louisville. For areas
outside of these regions, it may take a bit longer, however, we
do offer 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air if you absolutely need the gift there sooner
then the 2-4 day ground transit time..
We

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, we do not.
How
long does my gift take to arrive?
If you place your order before
2:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) your gift will ship the same day.
You can choose between Next Business Day, 2 business Day, 3 Business
Day or Regular (1-5 business Day) delivery. For a shipping chart that shows
when your order will arrive based on your location, please see our
Shipping Section.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the four major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express as well as
PayPal for those customers who do not like to use their credit cards
over the internet or whom want to pay with a check.
Why are some of the less expensive gifts available by ordering
online only?
We feel that during these challenging economic
times customers should still have some lower cost gift options.
You might note that there are very few retailers that still offer
lower cost gifts. In order for us to do so we ask our
customers not to call their orders in but to place them on the
internet. We also ask that they e-mail (instead of calling)
any questions regarding these orders and we will answer them
promptly. This enables us to keep our costs down and to
continue to offer our budget items. How much is delivery?
Delivery charges are based on weight and zip
code. For regular ground delivery, the prices range from $8.50
to $14 for single gift purchases depending on the delivery zip code. To see what the delivery charges would be for your
purchase, simple add the item to your cart by clicking the "Buy"
button and our shopping system will ask for the "Delivery Zip Code."
Type in the delivery zip code and select a "Delivery Method" (from
the drop down box) such as regular ground (the map beneath the
selection shows how long that will take) 3-day, 2-day, or Next Day
delivery. After you click on "submit choices" you will see what your
purchase (including delivery charges) will be. Generally speaking,
most purchases will reach anywhere in the eastern half of the United
States in 1-2 days with regular ground shipping. See

What is your substitution policy?
We try very hard to always recreate the gifts
featured on our website as closely as possible. Occasionally,
however, we will run out of stock on a certain cookie, candy or
other gift component that is included in each featured gift
arrangement. If this
happens, we reserve the right to substitute another item of equal value so as not to delay the arrival of the gift.
Do you deliver to
hospitals and schools?
No to hospitals and Yes to schools. Please read special instructions
on School
Deliveries. For hospital patients, we highly recommend that you have
the gift delivered to the
patient's home or to a nearby relative or friend. Deliveries to
hospitals must go through the receiving dock and it is then up to the hospital
staff to arrange for delivery of your gift. This can mean a
substantial delay and
frequently results in the patient being discharged before ever
receiving the gift.

always call us and make arrangements to e-mail us your recipient list.Can I order by phone?
Certainly! If you feel uncomfortable using your credit card over the
internet, you can simply call us with your order. Our toll free
number is: 1-866-533-4438.
Please note, however, that we do accept PayPal
which means if your comfort level is only stressed when providing
your credit card info over the internet, then you don't have to if
you choose to pay with PayPal.Advance

What
are the decorated cookies made of?
Our handmade decorated cookies contain only natural ingredients:
wheat flour, honey, margarine, sugar, eggs, dry white egg, vanilla
flavor, baking powder, US-FDA certified food colors.

Local Delivery
Ohio:
Holland, Ottawa Hills, Springfield and Sylvania
and all other Toledo, Ohio areas are considered a "local
ship" and we will hand off to Fed Ex for them to deliver the next
business day (orders placed M-F).
Note that residential deliveries are also done on
Saturdays but are not available on Mondays.
